Cedar Key, Florida

THE PERFET SMALL TOWN

Cedar Key located on Florida's Gulf of Mexico is unique, interesting and relaxing with just about anything you might want to do whether that be sit in the breeze by the water, shop in antique and modern botiques or take part in rocking night life.

In 2011, Budget Travel magazine named Cedar Key as one of the 10 best small cities in America.

Looking down on the main city drag

Heading to Coconuts for an evening of music and fun

Do you suppose these birds are waiting for their boats
to come in?
This little city is sooooooooooo very cute.

Quaint antique and modern botiques are only a few steps from your motel door.

The party starts early in the afternoons and ends early in the mornings in the clubs; they are all within waling distance  from each other and from the hotels and motels.

I'm here for the party.

The sunsets are lovely in Cedar Key.
Only one of God's works of art, as is the lovely little island.

Looks great, Patricia. Esp. since we have a bit of snow and it's supposed to be about 12 degrees tonight--and I have a really bad cold. All that sun and warmth looks great.
